About Us
Membership Pays - It Doesn't Cost!
SAVE MONEY, SAVE TIME MIACCA offers continuing technical and management training. If you send three technicians to one technical seminar or if you personally attend more than a couple management or technical sessions, you've already recovered your state dues by paying the lower member tuition.
Talking with a fellow contractor during a recent MIACCA gathering, one contractor learned that he could save large amounts of dollars, simply by joining MIACCA's self-insured workers compensation program. Also, get group discounts when you lease vehicles; buy liability or health insurance or order reference materials.
SAVE TIME Call the MIACCA office, rather than spend your time or your staff's time trying to:

MIACCA TO OFFER NATE TRAINING AND TESTING
For technicians NATE certification symbolizes knowledge, expertise and a strong commitment to an HVAC/R career. Employers benefit by having quality work done by specifically trained technicians making their organization increasingly more marketable and reputable.
When asked by the Bureau on Labor Statistics in a recent survey why they provide training for their employees, 4,500 employers gave these as three of their top reasons:
(1) To provide the necessary skills for specific positions- (2) Enable employees to keep pace with the changes in technology or production- (3) Retain valuable employees-
Industry specific training, and NATE in particular, is a win, win, win for everyone—the employer, the technician and the customer.
Be sure to register early for the date and location you prefer—class size will be limited.
2009 Dates are being set.
Each session will begin at 8:00 a.m. with training; a break at noon for lunch and testing will begin at 1:00 p.m. Please check the calendar of events and call Mark at 1-866-269-8486 obtain registration information.
